CARES™ Consulting offers a movie event especially for families of children with Autism.
This is a safe space for your child to be themselves. Relax and allow your child to enjoy the movie in whatever way they feel comfortable. Movie volume is turned down for auditory sensitivities and lighting is set on the twilight mode.

Social intervention services for children with Autism
CARES™ provides social intervention services for children with Autism hosted in a safe, inclusive community environment. As you might know, certain environments and situations are challenging for children with Autism to process; and sometimes, children with ASD have difficulties playing with their peers and making friends. In order to encourage social interaction and peer play, CARES™ has created two unique events exclusively for children with Autism.
CARES™ Peer Play Project
A day of play facilitated by Dr. Da Paz and her team of ABA specialists
CP3 is geared to help kids play together while learning good sportsmanship and cooperation. Playground games and positive social interactions facilitated by Dr. Nikko Da Paz, BCBA and her team of ABA trained CARES™ Specialists.
A child with Autism is matched with a same aged peer partner for a couple hours of free-play games including: Giant Bowling, Giant Connect 4, Hopscotch, Jump House fun, Kick Ball, Dodge Ball, and more!
CARES™ Club
With the global pandemic of COVID-19, CARES™ expanded its services to include Virtual Sessions and Parent Trainings online.
Designed by Dr. Da Paz and our CARES™ Team to bring fun right into your home, CARES™ Club Online features step-by-step Arts and Crafts projects, Story Time, and Sing-Along Songs lead by CARES™ Autism Specialists. Zumba Kids® for the family is led by our very own Miss Thembi, who is a certified Zumba® instructor. Dr. Da Paz hosts a live Q&A webinar for Parents to share tools and tips for navigating time at home.
